Five days post-surgery, I am pleased with the procedure and the results so far. The entire process - pre- and post-surgery - went as well as I could have hoped for. The staff was friendly and professional, and very supportive the day of my surgery. Dr. LauKaitis has been consistently informative but positive, and I have always felt that I was in good hands. Overall, considering I had a procedure relating to skin cancer procedure, my surgery was a positive experience.
All of my concerns were addressed and I am very happy with my results.
