From the initial visit and pre-op to post surgery, all of my interactions with Dr. L and staff were professional and reassuring. Feeling and knowing you made the right choice in a significant healthcare decision is a good thing. I expect perfection and that is exactly what I got.
Everyone was very nice and warm welcome the patient.
I had my upper and lower eyelids done. Dr. Laukaitis did an excellent job. The procedure was explained well and surgery also went well. I used cold compresses right after I got home and followed all directions for after care. I took a few pain pills the first day. The morning of the second day no pain medication was needed. Fairly well healed after one week. I would highly recommend Dr. Laukaitis and Allure.
The staff was friendly, pleasant, and professional. My questions were answered in detail. The most important part, incredibly competent treatment.
Procedure went just as described, very easy and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. LauKaitis is very personable, thorough in his explanations and willing to answer many questions :) All the staff are friendly and helpful as well.
great experience so far... loved being able to send a photo to ask if I looked like I should and to receive a response the next day.
Results are yet to be seen, to soon to say yet, I believe all are good, the service from staff has been superior. everybody are friendly and professionell.
