All my questions got answered before and after the surgery. The surgery itself was very smooth and uneventful. I had a relatively easy post op time and followed all the instructions that were given to me. I only had to take extra strength Tylenol for a day. Today my visit went well and again my questions got answered. I am very pleased with the whole experience and looking forward to better vision!

very good experience overall - from staff, facilities, Dr LauKaitis. Dr LauKaitis was extremely personable and thoroughly explained the procedure and answered any questions. Always felt his sincere care and he always took as much time with me as needed.
Dr. LauKaitis did surgery needed to correct my droopy eye lids due to post complications from a parotid tumor. When I returned to my job as a flight attendant, his outstanding skills coming from years of experience made me feel like it was my first day on the job giving 'smiles in the aisles'! I feel so much more confident in my overall appearance. Everything was in order as expected. The procedure was very well arranged, the doctor and staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The results of the procedure are expected to be as planned.
Easy, comfortable. No pain, good follow-up. I should perhaps have asked a few more questions about degree of swelling in eyelids but nurses were responsive when I called with questions. My sister is next!
