Very good at explaining all aspects of the operation and what to expect. When a small complication arose, they were quick to respond. When calling in, if not available, I did receive a call back within a reasonable amount of time.
i love the result and the serves i have received from the staff team. the nurse is very nice, when she removing my eyes stiches i did not feel much pain.

This was the first circumstance in my life where plastic surgery was necessary. This was required to restore the appearance of my upper cheek near my right eye and the normal nerve functioning of my right eyelid, following the previous removal of a patch of melanoma (the size of a silver dollar). I am happy to say that after two years of following the surgery and daily directions of Dr. LauKaitis, my facial appearance and eyelid function has been restored to normal. If needed again, I would not hesitate to return to Allure.
I feel this procedure was handled very professional. they informed me of the process an followed up was good. My eyes are healing as they should and I am pleased with the results.
Staff provided lots of useful info regarding both the surgery and what to do/expect during recovery.
I felt my priorities and goals were well addressed. There was no leading to do more, but questions were answered in a thorough manner.
The Staff was very professional and friendly !! and they wear my favorite color PURPLE!! Thank you for making me so comfortable with this procedure.
