I know I wouldn't go to anybody else for my face. I've been a patient for over 13 years. I live in Florida and still come back to Indiana to see him because I trust him. Plus his staff is so nice!
The staff was very helpful via my phone call. There was a bit of paperwork (not sure why so many questions!) to complete but they were on time and the doctor spent a long time with me. I had some misconceptions about what would help me so this was valuable to clear this up (saved me money, too). There was no pressure. Later I did schedule a procedure and it was exactly like Dr Chatham described. My results are natural and nice and I would recommend him and his staff.
Emphasize direct, kind and no nonsense approach. . Listened, with options in a positive but candid manner. Stress realistic expectations rather than trying to "sell" surgery. Staff very pleasant and professional. Patient's interests put first, not doctor's.
I was concerned about a facial situation...his staff made me an appointment fairly quickly. Dr Chatham listened patiently to my concern. He advised a very easy conservative plan of action...I really did not want anything that was involved and he agreed.
