The entire staff was very helpful and kept me informed of all the details of the procedure. They even called me to see how I was doing. Everyone had a very positive attitude about my procedure. I have recommended Dr. LauKaitis to many of my friends and will continue to do so.
I had a fabulous experience with Dr Laukaitis! I felt very comfortable asking lots of questions and felt he gave me all the time I needed. My surgery came out great as well and even the removal of the stitches was easier than I had expected. I would highly recommend him as a surgeon. He even helped me with some other skin problems!
Dr. Laukaitis was very friendly with a good sense of humour. He spent the time to make sure I understood everything he planned to do and was open to questions. He assured me that every question was important. The written information and instructions that were given to me ahead of time were extremely explicit and were helpful in preparing me for what to expect and how to take care of myself following the surgery.
I have been very satisfied with the service I have received from Dr. LauKaitis and his professional staff. I had all of my questions answered completely and clearly. I am impressed and pleased with the results of my surgery.
Dr. Laukaitis is Amazing! He is very professional and did a great job on my eyelids and under my eyes too. Dr. Laukaitis staff are very helpful and make it obvious they care about his patients. I would recommend Dr. Laukaitis to everyone who is wanting to get their eyes done, I am very satisfied with how they turned out.

This very kind and well-experienced doctor amazed me with his respectful professionalism. He and his staff explained and provided written backup on all issues pertaining to the operation beforehand, so there was plenty of time to digest the process well before experiencing it. Then afterward, those procedures provided for the least amount of swelling and bruising possible, with quick recovery. And the stitches and incision were virtually invisible.
The office atmosphere is friendly, professional, and efficient. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Radke who is very empathetic, professional and imformative. Dr. LauKaitis answered my questions and gave me the confidence that all is well and as with any surgery time heals.
I really appreciated the initial consult and the information provide both in writing and by Dr. LauKaitis in person. He listened and answered all my questions. The staff was nice too from the reception to surgery.
